I recently purchased a 2021 BMW 330e from Bob Geisheker and the team at Karl Knauz BMW, and the experience far exceeded expectations at every stage of the buying process. His calm, steady-handed, personable approach was evident from the beginning, and the interactions quickly demonstrated to me that he and the Knauz team were deeply invested in customer experience management, and not just the financial mechanics of a new car sale. Altogether, I got my new 330e in 5 days, felt great about the purchase, and greatly enjoyed my experience with Bob and Knauz BMW. Additionally, Luke Wojtas (Knauz BMW Genius) did an outstanding job preparing and coordinating my delivery. The 330e is my first PHEV, and Luke delivered an excellent walkthrough of the 330e's battery/range, charging, drive modes, and new software enhancements from my previous X3. Similar to Bob, Luke brought a great demeanor and added to the joy and excitement of the new car. More

After months of research, decided to purchase a new BMW X5. From the initial contact with Bob Geisheker until the delivery, my every expectation was exceeded. Once we realized we had to order the vehicle, Bob and Luke (the genius) guided us through the ordering process, and, once the deposit was made and the order placed, I was able to follow the build on the BMW site from start to finish. All told, it was 26 days from the time we placed the order until we picked the X5 up at the dealership. Kudo’s to Bob, Luke, and Doug for making this purchase a truly memorable experience. And additional Kudo’s to Dave, Cesar, and Jeremy in the Service Department who provided advice and guidance during the selection of options prior to ordering the car. I contacted Karl Knauz BMW via the web expressing interest in a certified 540...Rolly called me back within minutes. He explained the car was new to inventory and would need to go through the certif interest in a certified 540...Rolly called me back within minutes. He explained the car was new to inventory and would need to go through the certification process which he explained in detail. Given we remained interested, Rolly arranged for it to be washed and met with us promptly. He provided an in-depth overview of all the features which was extremely helpful and appreciated. Rolly then provided the opportunity for a test drive. Given we were trading in an older 5 series, he arranged for a valuation during that time and drafted all the necessary paperwork. This made for an efficient and stress free purchase. Further, Rolly kept us updated during the certification process and the car was delivered in pristine condition. This was our second purchase from Karl Knauz BMW and we will certainly purchase from them again (with Rolly as our Client Advisor). More
