Ken Gibadlo is awesome I'd done a lot of research and I decided on a 2013 certified pre-owned X3. I noticed Knauz had one that had both the features I was interested in with lower than average mileage. I initiated the process of getting more information and was contacted by Ken Gibadlo. We talked price and he offered me a very fair one and on the same call also helped me analyze the other offers I was considering. He spent at least fifteen minutes on the phone with me, a person he'd never met, to ensure I was making the right choice. That was probably the point where, if I had similar offers across the board on similar vehicles with similar mileage, I knew Ken would get my business. Ken was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, upbeat and has an impressive grasp of customer satisfaction. As a business consultant, Ken has the skills that I often stress organizations should go after. He also went the extra mile by finding me a couple more incentives. To top off the experience, Scott then sent me packing with a better financing deal than the one I came armed with to the dealership (and the signing process was quick and easy). This is the third BMW I've owned, but the first one I've purchased from Knauz. I don't think it's a stretch to believe that I will continue purchasing BMWs from Knauz (and specifically Ken) from now on. More
