I brought my Jetta for service, as I usually do except for oil changes, about a month ago. While the repairs (tires, alignment oxygen sensor) were expensive I always trust them for good work. Had front end work done on my 2019 Volkswagen Atlas It was grinding every time I turned hard right or hard left they took it for a ride and diagnosed the problem. Kelly Volkswagen told me it would be was grinding every time I turned hard right or hard left they took it for a ride and diagnosed the problem. Kelly Volkswagen told me it would be a couple of days and offered me a courtesy car waiting for some parts. I waited 1 day. Mechanics are horrible. Charged me 1300 for a new fuel pump in a Tiguan with a destroyed engine. Basic diagnostic skills would have shown the issue. I asked if they could take the pump out since the car was totaled and I would pay for labor. They told me no. Also the service manager is condescending and sexist. DON'T HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. GO TO A LOCAL MECHANIC!! More
