not sure how many surveys i have to fill out to say how disappointed i am with this service call. my appt wasn’t recorded. got multiple calls while at work asking why my truck was there. my parts had actua disappointed i am with this service call. my appt wasn’t recorded. got multiple calls while at work asking why my truck was there. my parts had actually been sitting there for a very long time and i get a “sorry, we missed them”. it’s an airbag recall!! you don’t just miss those parts coming in. then my car was there for many days—which is fine if i would have been told what was happening. i was first called to say they needed to keep it to detail the inside. ok. but then my battery was disconnected again and the car was there for two more days. and guess what? dirt and grime ALL over the driver’s door and instep. so no, my car was not detailed. and i don’t think the passenger side seat belt was reinstalled correctly. so it will be going back. but right now i’m kind of still disappointed in this experience. i’ve been going to ganley for years!
