Addison, who I had been texting about with about getting our car, was amazing. She was so friendly, helpful, and not pushy whatsoever. She was very detailed and responsive to our texts. And it was awesome that she was able to text me and answer questions and whatnot, this made it so much easier for me since we work during the day. Our salesman, John, was great! He was so friendly, patient and helpful. I was one of those people that had to bring my whole family along (due to a bad experience a few days prior at another dealership, I was uncomfortable going alone) John included my family in the process, answering questions they had and joking around with them. I never once felt like we were "just another sell" to him; he was not pushy at all. Even with add ons, when we said no to them, he told us which one would really be worth it and that he'd really recommend it, but accepted our no when we decided not to do it. He was even patient with me while I was on another phone call with the other dealership, harassing me. He kept us updated on paperwork and what he was doing. There was help setting up our car (didn't happen when we got our last car - they just threw us in and said bye) My husband and I were very impressed and can't say enough good things about him and the ease of getting us our dream car. The other dealership that was calling/texting me repeatedly, was offering us the car at a lower price (it got lower and lower the longer we were at Ken Garff) and even with the lower price, we wanted to stay at Ken Garff because we felt helped and respected. And that was worth the little extra on the monthly payment. Even other salesman in the office, not working with us, we're friendly and helpful. Just walking by, they'd say hello or joke around with us. We were very comfortable in the office, it was a friendly, fun environment. We had a horrible experience with Ken Garff Riverdale 3 years ago when we got our last vehicle and ended up going elsewhere. But I can easily say we are thrilled we gave it another chance and came in. Totally different experience and I would definitely recommend John to our friends and family. Thank you, John "Ken" and Addison, you guys killed it. We will definitely be back in the future! :) More
