I called Mona and she said stop in and they would check it out. Turns out my battery was not being recharged and it was the original battery. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. "Awesome Service" Doug Carter and Jim Bills are the best sales people I have ever ran across at a car dealership. They are both so friendly and helpful. There was a mistake in the paper work so he went back to Klaben in Kent to pick the new ones up and redelivered the new ones to me again at my office in Medina. Not to many sales people would take the time out to do that. More

I was hesitant in leasing a vehicle because I am a college student, so I waited until my car stopped working completely to pursue a new car. I came into Klaben because I have dealt with them in the past and the experience then was great. I worked with Mr. Roscoe Woodberry II who was patient with understanding what I needed in a vehicle. He made the experience excellent by bringing a calm to my nervousness. Roscoe also uncovered a student discount for my lease which I never knew existed which made my payment attainable and lower than expected. The overall service also brought me to great sense comfort to the point where I found myself in the middle of a summit over pizza with additional staff members Chris Moldas and Dave Mott, and an engaging chat with Tim Casto. The team is committed to delivering exceptional service, made my decision an easy one. I am grateful I decided to go back to their dealership. I will do business again in the future. Regular maintenance & display issues Brought my Fusion in for routine maintenance and to have the touchscreen display evaluated because it doesn't always like to start up when it's cold. Brought my Fusion in for routine maintenance and to have the touchscreen display evaluated because it doesn't always like to start up when it's cold. Kim was great with keeping me updated on progress, and although the update they thought might correct the display issues didn't work, Kim was fantastic when I called back to try & fit something into my busy schedule and planning for transportation along with it. Very pleased!!! More
