Nick went through everything clearly and made sure I knew how the process would go. He kept in communication with me and my car was done a day earlier than expected. I never felt pressured into spending more money or talked down to (which has happened at other {non-Klaben} repair shops). The paint job is near flawless. Overall a very wonderful experience despite having a damaged car. More
