Tyler was great. He called me frequently to give me updates. They finished the service on my car much quicker than expected, and gave me a free loaner vehicle in the meantime. My new car journey started with a text to Andy Bellian, letting him know I was ready to come back to Lincoln. He got me In touch with Roscoe and Nate. Roscoe took care of the paperwork while Nate went out of his way and picked me up at the Mercedes dealership where I turned in my lease. He answered every question I had, he texted and checked up on me when I still undecided…he found the perfect car for me- a new Corsair. What an amazing purchasing experience! . We ordered a bronco sport in February, and had not heard from our salesman about the status of our vehicle for 8 months. Called me on the October 20 and said the vehicle was in, but there was a recall on it from our salesman about the status of our vehicle for 8 months. Called me on the October 20 and said the vehicle was in, but there was a recall on it. He said the parts should be early next week, and the vehicle should be ready by mid week. Waited for more than a week with no contact from the dealership. Called several times with no returned call. Called on November 1 and left a message with our salesman, and did not hear from him until I called the sales manager. This is not how a customer should be treated. I have delt with this dealership for over 20 years, and this the worst experience I have had. I would not recommend KLABEN FORD to anyone after this!!!! More
I had a problem with a locked up brake caliper. Michael Van Hoose was able to get the repairs covered under the recently expired powertrain warranty.
