I had a problem with a locked up brake caliper. Michael Van Hoose was able to get the repairs covered under the recently expired powertrain warranty. My wife and I were greeted by Brandon Pritchett, service advisor as Mike Brandvold our assigned advisor was not available at that time. Brandon asked if I would assist him in the service lane in the inspec advisor as Mike Brandvold our assigned advisor was not available at that time. Brandon asked if I would assist him in the service lane in the inspection of lights on our vehicle . I did so and all was well. Brandon then proceeded to check windshield wipers, tested our battery and topped off our washer fluid. Within minutes our repair order was printed for a 15K maintenance and multipoint inspection while Brandon inquired about allowing them to check our vehicle's alignment at no cost unless an out-of-spec situation was found. I agreed. On return to pick up our vehicle we met with Mike Brandvold and our repair order was closed out within a few minutes. The maintenance had been performed, alignment was found to be within spec, therefore no charge and our vehicle had been washed. Mike offered to walk us out to our serviced vehicle and thanked us for our business. What a pleasure doing business with this organization. More
