Absolutely the best dealership! Rich and his team are awesome! I have worked with many dealerships and have never found one to be so honest, helpful and just plain easy to work with. I highly recommend awesome! I have worked with many dealerships and have never found one to be so honest, helpful and just plain easy to work with. I highly recommend them! My sales person, Louis Polos went out of his way to find something for me (at a time when vehicles are scarce due to Covid 19). He responded to every text I sent him and continued to work - even when it seemed like we wouldn't find a car to meet my needs. I am happy to say he found something for me and I couldn't be happier. He has also helped my daughter buy her first car and she loved him as well. If you are in the market for a new or used car - I highly recommend Klaben Ford/Lincoln and Louis! More

We had ordered a Bronco Sport for our son for college back on March 12, 2021 but due to pandemic shortages, shut downs, and supply chain issues it kept getting pushed back. Unfortunately, we could not co back on March 12, 2021 but due to pandemic shortages, shut downs, and supply chain issues it kept getting pushed back. Unfortunately, we could not continue to keep waiting since he commutes to college. Thankfully, with the help of Louis, we were finally able to get him a vehicle that met our needs and his likes. He loves his new Ranger truck! Louis continued to keep his eyes out knowing our situation and came through as always! More
