This is the second car I leased from Tyler at Klaben Ford. the first one was the new Ranger. They saved me $100/month on the lease versus another dealership. Mona was sweet but the experience was not customer service oriented. The rental we received smelled very strong of weed & we had to return. We returned he very next day. I recently had surgery and hav service oriented. The rental we received smelled very strong of weed & we had to return. We returned he very next day. I recently had surgery and have a 3 year old so to go back to dealership was an inconvenience. Then the Escape I was given needed ME to add gas to it to get home! Service dept kept my car for 5 days for a recheck and then called me 1 hr before closing to pick up my car on the 5th day! My windows were all streaked! More
