For the first time coming to Klaben Service, I felt like the service advisor was determined to sell me a line of BS. I’ve always had advisors I felt to be honest and knowledgeable about my truck. This past the service advisor was determined to sell me a line of BS. I’ve always had advisors I felt to be honest and knowledgeable about my truck. This past visit was far from that. I had questions about my transmission and felt that I was being talked down to. Then at the desk I was handed a piece of paper showing a total of $254 vs the $50 oil change I had come in for with things like “brake cleaning” on it. When I asked what this paper was for he said oh that’s for next time you come in. Given this was a holiday weekend, I elected to drop my truck off and asked that I be called when it was done so I could pay and the keys could be left in the vehicle in the parking lot. Well at 4:45 I still had not heard from the advisor so I called, come to find out that the advisor I had left for the day without passing along that I was waiting for them to call me. Good thing I called otherwise I would have been without a vehicle until Tuesday. More
