Mike Brandvold does it again. My daughters escape needed it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn took a drive with me and said yep something wrong with rear brakes. Sure enough one of the calipers was locked up. Mike made it right new rotors and pads freed up the caliper at no cost. WhatA team up there or should I say family that’s how you get treated just like family. Oh and he had it done in half a day that’s A great plus. More

Louis did an incredible job of providing me information about what I was looking for in a new truck. The staff was attentive and professional. Mario immediately addressed the possible problems and took notes about everything I needed checked and hopefully fixed. Before I could get a picture of a card from my wife, Shelby already contacted my insurance and had all the paperwork in order. My loaner car was comparable to mine and was pleasantly pre-cooled for my convenience. The car was fixed to my great satisfaction. My mechanic couldn't identify a recurring, squeaky sound but Klaben team located the problem and fixed the driver side control arm. Such a relief. It was a great experience and the Klaben team definitely earned a future visit from me. More
