Klaben Ford cares about their customers 100%! My salesman was Terry Baughman for both my lease purchases. When I first met him in January of 2017, he was caring and did not pressure me into gettin My salesman was Terry Baughman for both my lease purchases. When I first met him in January of 2017, he was caring and did not pressure me into getting a car I did not want. He understood that I was a college student at the time and did not have a lot to spend financially on a car. I had a 2016 Ford Focus at the time. In December of 2019, I got in a car accident and we needed to talk about my end of the lease options. I did not expect to get a 2019 Ford Fusion that night. but I did! He got me exactly what I wanted in a car and it still fit my budget. I have never had any issues with Klaben Ford with their sales, finance, or maintenance department. I have Mona Crook as my Service Advisor and she has always got me in and out there in a jiffy with my oil changes. They put in 100% effort every time!
