Over the past decade we have purchased more than 10 vehicles from Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio. It's not the closet Ford dealership to our downtown Cleveland location - but in my opinion it's the best! Over the past 30+ years we have purchased many vans and pickup trucks from a variety of dealerships but we continue to return Klaben Ford when we need a new vehicle. Our sales person, Doug Carter, has always looked out for our best interest and has gone above and beyond a typical dealership by locating vehicles (sometimes very hard to find) that meet our needs and our budget. Our recent purchase was efficient as always, from the financing with Jennifer Bowen and Doug's personal and attentive service that makes the dealership so great. The owner, Rich Klaben , even took the time to personally thank me for our business. It truly is worth the extra drive to Kent and Klaben Ford. More

Car buying relief!!! I was forced into buying a new car because mine was totaled. This was the 3rd time this has happened to me. It is a big purchase and rushing to make decisions is stressful for me. My Dad is a previous customer of Klaben so he suggested I meet with his salesman Mike Cooney. Mike introduced me to Louis Polos and together they worked to find me the 2019 Escape that fit my needs. They didn’t sell me on things I didn’t need, but helped me make an informed decision on what I wanted and needed. Everyone there was always smiling and said hello.
