After wrapping up the deal, we noticed a small chip in the paint from a car wash, and they immediately went to touch it up before we even left. Everyone at Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent treated us to a day of fun. We explored many options for lease vs buy, specials that they were running, inventory available and which options best fit our situation. The president, Rich Klaben, knew we were coming and listened to our needs. Our salesman, Chris Volt was prepared, knowledgeable and very efficient with providing us the details on the cars we were looking at. Jennifer Bowen in Finance researched options for us for an interior/exterior protection package at our request and found that the auto detail shop across the street would put one together for us for our White MKC with cappuccino interior. I wanted a light colored interior but I like it to always look good so that was just the solution we needed to address our issues of stains caused by car seats, dark blue jeans, and toddlers. Chris asked the service department to look at an exterior paint issue on one of the cars and within minutes they addressed the issue and offered a solution. Jennifer is very fast on the paperwork side as well. While she typed up the paperwork, Chris and the service department were working behind the scenes getting our cars ready for us to drive home. The car we drove to the dealership was traded in, but we didn't know we were going to do that .... so it was full of stuff that had to be cleared out. Rich and Chris both helped move the car seats, and all the stuff in the trunk. They provided nice carrying bags to put the misc. stuff into. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. Thank You! More

Our last four car deals have all been Ford Fusions and we have had the pleasure of working with the two most honest and knowledgeable sales persons in the car business, Dave Mott and Doug Carter. Dave Mott and Doug Carter are like sitting down with family to make a deal. They treat you like a person instead of just a sale and they will give you advice on a vehicle and answer all of your questions without pressuring you into making a deal on something that you don't want or can't afford. They take all of the time that you need to make a decision that you want and are comfortable with without rushing you into something that you might regret a week later. What my wife and I really like is that after the deal is done you still receive their personal assistance if needed, In other words, your not just another sale or a number. I want to also give a shout out to Christine Klaben who has handled our paper work on several deals including our most recent one. She is the Best The service department is also the best whenever you need to take your vehicle in for service or maintenance. The reason for the overall "good" vs. "excellent" rating is because it takes so long for the services to be performed. It usually takes 1 to 2 hours for my car to be serviced after check-in. At a dealership at which I had a previously owned Lincoln serviced the LOF was guaranteed for no longer that 30 minutes or free. Does the tire rotation and look at the brakes take an additional 1 plus hour? I didn't get a car wash because I had other commitments and couldn't stay another 30 to 60 minutes for the wash. I was offered a ride home and pick-up, however that would have not allowed me to do my other errands and would have taken about the same amount of time back and forth as it did to just sit there. I was not offered a car to use while mine was being serviced. More
