Found my car on the Klabrn website, and drove away with a terrific vehicle 24 hours later. I cannot stress how easy the folks at Klaben made the whole process. Specifically, I strongly recommend working with sales rep Louis Polos - he was so helpful, not pushy at all. He knowledgeably answered all my questions during the test drive, intuitively knew how to help me get the best deal for the vehicle and even went out of his way to pick me up at work so we could complete the sale. This is the third Ford F150 Lariat that I leased from Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio. This is always such fun. Understand, we live 150 miles from the dealer. It has to be good. . Richard Klaben took time out of his schedule to talk to us about families and retirement. Dave Mott, the sales representative, took care of the transfer and sale of two vehicles. As was the case the last time, he spent ample time to make sure we knew about the ins and outs of the truck. He even programmed my cell phone. What else could you ask for. Poor Communication We had an issue with our radio navigation unit. It took a few visits to diagnose the issue I thought I had described in great detail. The second visit We had an issue with our radio navigation unit. It took a few visits to diagnose the issue I thought I had described in great detail. The second visit they got the error code needed, but we're unable to get the part from Ford despite claiming every day it had shipped and was coming on a specific date. After several days of this, we asked for our car back until they could get the part, which they resisted but finally allowed us to pick up our own vehicle. After another week or two they finally got the part. We scheduled a service visit that worked on our schedule and they gave us a 1-2 hour estimate to install the part. So we go and drop it off, and call 3-4 hours later to see about picking our vehicle up, and they hadn't even started working on our vehicle yet. I call back an hour or two later, and asked why we bothered scheduling an appointment if they didn't plan to even work on it. They didn't give me much of an answer. I asked about finishing that evening, and they were able to finally prioritize it enough to get the job done so I could pick it up before they closed. But getting information from the service writer, and coordinating what was going on, making appointments, and getting updates was more work than it should have been. I was very disappointed in the overall experience. To top it off it seemed they left alot of dirt and smudges on the interior of the area they were working with. Our vehicle wasn't the cleanest to begin with, but it still seemed unprofessional. More
