Christmas Surprise So this is our fourth car with Dan. Last minute I called him up and gave some specs on a new truck to lease for my husband for Christmas. Dan and Andy knew I was trying to surprise him with this gift and pulled out all of the stops to make this deal happen for me. We did all the paperwork and just had to show up with my husband the next day. So I blindfolded him and off we went. Dan had his new truck all ready to go complete with a big red ribbon. Everyone in the dealership played along and it was just such a great experience. Always is. This is why we only buy cars here from Dan for the last 7 years. When I arrived at the dealership, he had an Escape not only set aside for me, but had it washed and ready for a test drive! Never having met me before, he made an excellent choice based on my requests. Louis also worked very hard to ensure I was within my payment requirements. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my lease. I even received a follow-up phone call from Mr. Klaben as well as a follow-up email from Louis.
