I will continue to go here I never thought it could be so exciting to get a new car. Chris is honest and has a wonderful personality. It’s hard to come by people in sales who care about the needs of the customer. The place is so welcoming. It’s clean and professional and all over the best Ford dealership I’ve been too !! He was very understanding and accommodating of my schedule and the numerous times I had to re-schedule. When I arrived at the dealership, it was clean and well-lit. I was offered coffee or water. Tyler and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that night, which I had not planned on doing. Denise was great too, joking with us and taking the time to explain everything when I kept asking questions. The car is in excellent shape, and they did a good job of cleaning it before signing it over to me. I am especially pleased with the fact that Tyler has continued to keep in touch with me to ensure everything is going well and asking if I have any questions. More
