Good warranty service Since my car is still under warranty no money was paid out of my pocket. My battery was dead with no justifiable reason. Ford Roadside Service came, Since my car is still under warranty no money was paid out of my pocket. My battery was dead with no justifiable reason. Ford Roadside Service came, jumped the battery and I drove it to Klaben. They needed to keep it for a couple of days to find the problem. I would have rated the service as excellent if not for the fact that the tech was reluctant to give me a courtesy car to use bc I had not purchased an extended warranty. When I related that I expected a car to use without having to pay for it because the battery should still be fine, the manager ok’d the use of a courtesy car. However, the tech was very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. So I was not inconvenienced while Klaben tested the battery. More
