Terrific experience! I had my new-to-me car one month when a hit-and-run driver rear-ended me at a stoplight. Besides being upset, I was also dreading having to deal with the insurance and repair process. From the moment I called the Klaben body shop in Kent and spoke to Steve Workman about coming in for an estimate, I knew I was in good hands. Once I came in he gave me an overview of how the claims and repair process worked, then pretty much took over all the things I'd been worried about. (I think this was the first time I relaxed since before the hit-and-run!) The repairs were completed sooner than I'd expected, and the work itself was fantastic--you can't tell the car was ever damaged. Many, many thanks! More
