My experience was very professional as usual with John. He is always a pleasure to deal with, but my experience when I received my car back as not the usual. I had asked for the works and did not receive the works. My tires were not rotated because of wear, at the bottom of my receipt said it was due to low tire pressure?? (no sensor light indicating low tire pressure) Therefore 2 days later my brakes were rubbing I needed new front brakes. I am very disappointed the mechanic didn't catch this. I had them replaced at another shop due the the extended wait time for an appointment. I have an appointment to get the recalls serviced this week. More

Michael is an incredible salesman at an incredible dealership who will do whatever it takes to get you what you need.
