Worst service I have ever had. The initial problems was missed diagnosed costing 1500. Came back because problem continued for and additional 800. This dealership has proven to be untrustworthy. My vehicle has been to this dealership multiple times, but this last experience was particularly troubling. I dropped my vehicle off on December 18th My vehicle has been to this dealership multiple times, but this last experience was particularly troubling. I dropped my vehicle off on December 18th, and it wasn’t ready until February 13th. When I finally picked it up, I immediately had to return it due to a strange sound coming from the rear. After all of this, the dealership kept my car again until February 17th. However, just down the street, I broke down in -2 degree weather with my children because the dealership had failed to properly connect the starter. I had to have my car towed, leaving my children and me stranded until help could arrive to take us back to the dealership. This could have been easily avoided if the service department at Ford had done their job properly. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care and service, especially as a loyal customer for many years. More
