Total professionals Arrived at Service Dep’t for 9am Saturday appt, which was moved back at Klaben’s request from 8:10 due to scheduling conflict. Since we were able to accommodate the change in schedule Klaben offered to pick up tab for oil change/tire rotate. Unexpected but totally appreciated! They called us the day before to ask so it was no big deal. I was greeted quickly by Mike Brandvold who asked if there was anything else to look at besides the scheduled work. My wife noticed what appeared to be unusual wind noise coming from inside car while traveling at highway speeds. After the oil change which was done quickly Mike sent an associate and me on the road to attempt to pinpoint the source without much success. We were out for probably 30 minutes. Steve (I believe) was very patient and helpful although we will need to come back so my wife can better explain the sound. I interacted with maybe 4 different associates and all genuinely very friendly. Way to go Klaben. More
