Mona was sweet but the experience was not customer service oriented. The rental we received smelled very strong of weed & we had to return. We returned he very next day. I recently had surgery and hav service oriented. The rental we received smelled very strong of weed & we had to return. We returned he very next day. I recently had surgery and have a 3 year old so to go back to dealership was an inconvenience. Then the Escape I was given needed ME to add gas to it to get home! Service dept kept my car for 5 days for a recheck and then called me 1 hr before closing to pick up my car on the 5th day! My windows were all streaked! More

I had a problem with my power steering going out. I took my car in for the third time and the service manager Tom Alcon got involved. He took my car home to see what was happening and the power steering wen my car in for the third time and the service manager Tom Alcon got involved. He took my car home to see what was happening and the power steering went out while he was driving. He saw to it the problem was fixed and I haven’t had any problems since. He was patient, kind, compassionate and most importantly diligent in finding the solution to my problem. My car is only 2 years old so I am grateful he got involved and saw to it that my car was fixed. More
