I gave 5 stars because that was the highest it went!! If I could have given more I most certainly would have!! I was upside down in a car that I didn't like, and didn't expect to be able to get out of it. L I could have given more I most certainly would have!! I was upside down in a car that I didn't like, and didn't expect to be able to get out of it. Lou, and everyone at Lester Glenn not only got me out of that car, but also got me into my dream truck. A certified Chevy Colorado!! They went far above and beyond to help me out!!! There was no high sales pressure, I never felt like I was being forced into the sale, it was like dealing with a friend. I can not say enough great things about my experience with Lester Glenn!!! It really is the way car buying should be!!!! More

Very unsatisfied with care my car received while being serviced. I spent 1500.00 to have the paint corrected and ceramic coated. I explained to the service dept. that caution needed to be exercised. I sup serviced. I spent 1500.00 to have the paint corrected and ceramic coated. I explained to the service dept. that caution needed to be exercised. I supplied the service Dept. with a fleece blanket to place over the fender so that they would not use their old dirty fender blanket. Well sure enough when I got the car back the ceramic coating was scratched right on the fender were the mechanic had to reach over to put the oil in. The fleece blanket looked like it was in the exact position I left it in. When I brought it to their attention they said there was marks all over the car! That was not the case! They insisted that they did not harm the paint. This car which is an 09 corvette was not out of the garage since the paint was done, If scratches like this existed I would not have accepted the car from the detailer since the cost for this work was 1500.00. I did go back to the detailer to make sure that the fleece blanket would not cause these scratches, which he answered that that blanket would not cause the damage to the coating that was present. The dealer refuses to accept that this damage was done by them. By the way I was informed by the detailer that this dealership also damaged the coating on a brand new corvette, So my advice to anyone with a car that they take pride in how it looks stay away from Lester Glen service Dept. More
