It's easy to put on a great experience during the sale, but the service department picks up right where sales hands off and continues with the highest level of customer service. Nicole Damiano has helped us with our first Subaru and it is her respect and thoughtfulness that has us coming back to LG Subaru, because we know whatever car we purchase, she will ensure it is well cared for. This week we met Anthony Rulli, an extremely personable and knowledgeable salesman who was patient and enthusiastic to help us decide on our Subaru purchase. There was no pressure, but you can tell he (and everyone at LG Subaru) is passionate about the product they sell, most of them owning a Subaru themselves. We explored leasing for the first time and Mario did a great job explaining the process and helping us weigh the decision to buy or lease. We also received great price for our trade ins, which is always a plus. Sean showed us all the features of the vehicle which is something I have never had a car dealership do for me - it's the nicest touch to ensure the customer is confident driving the new vehicle - we look forward to meeting with him again in the coming weeks to get our plates and ask any follow up questions. I still can't believe we ended up buying 2 Subarus on the same day but I have no regrets because the quality of the cars is unmatched and I know that my family will be safe for years to come while we drive in these cars. I drive from up North down to Lester Glenn, this is the only service place I will take my vehicle. I am greeted upon entering by Kathy Ottmer, who had been my service writer for decades. She greets me, ask me to take a seat, relax, make a cup of coffee, she will speak with me in a few minutes after finishing up with the customer she had by her. I sat down, and few minutes later she called me over. I explained what was happening with my vehicle to Kathy, she said not to worry, the mechanic will check my car all around and see what is going on. I was lucky to have Bobby the Mechanic for my car to check that day.. He is professional, warm, friendly and and so knowledgeable of cars. We spoke few minutes , asked me few questions, and said he will check it out, not to worry.. Bernie I met, the new manager greeted me, and told me who he was, asking how all is going. I said fine, my car doesn't feel well, he smiled, said not to worry the mechanic Bobby will make sure she is better soon. He noticed I drive far to come to Lester Glenn. I smiled and said that is the only place I will take my Subaru. Everyone is so nice , Kerry Monica Jr., always takes a a few minutes to comes and give me a hug and say hi, ask what's going on.. He is never o busy to greet me, and char for a minute. The BEST service Writers, Mechanics, Managers, and Staff. They all make you feel welcome, valued, they keep you updated on your vehicle ,and advice might be a little longer there, they are checking everything out, to insure all that is a problem is fixed properly They ask from time to time if need anything. Everyone there has heart! The Best Dealership/Service Department to go to, along with their Collison department if you happen to need body work on your vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and service shop and all who works there to everyone. If you want your vehicle running right, bring it to them,, you will not be disappointed..They make sure all is in good working and running condition, so you know you are safe and anyone else is who is in your vehicle. Long wait time, and problem not resolved after $395. They decided to Troubleshoot by rebalancing and aligning tires. Never checked anything else such as bent rim or other causes of vibration.This is 4th They decided to Troubleshoot by rebalancing and aligning tires. Never checked anything else such as bent rim or other causes of vibration.This is 4th time I have had tires rebalanced and aligned. They also overinflated tires by 6-7 PSI. I went to a Subaru dealer figuring I would finally get a resolve to the vibration issue but after the expense and time involved I still do not have the problem fixed. Very upsetting. More
