Great experience with Lexus of Chattanooga. I wanted a particular car/features and Tommy Tsilionis delivered. I was fortunate I could wait for what I wanted. Once agreement was made, Tommy kept I wanted a particular car/features and Tommy Tsilionis delivered. I was fortunate I could wait for what I wanted. My husband was having surgery and the car came in the day after his surgery, prohibiting our ability to travel to Chattanooga. Tommy personally delivered our new car to Alabama! He was kind and professional all through the process. When he delivered the car he was able to complete all my connectivity and also give me a complete tour of the car with all the in's and out's. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Chattanooga and Tommy! I have to mention Chloe Jackson. We never made it to the dealership but did receive several short videos from Chloe, starting with welcoming us to Lexus of Chattanooga. Then a couple along the way.
