He answered all my questions and provided the information I needed as we decided on the best vehicle option for our family. He offered friendly, honest, and attentive service but without any pressure. After the test drive, it was a straightforward deal to close the deal. When I showed up at the dealer last week, he had the car parked in front, ready for me to see and test drive. He explained all of the vehicle features, and we were able to get all the paperwork and take the car out in less than an hour.
