The sales manager, Dan Meola, was fantastic. After purchasing a half dozen cars in my lifetime, I can honestly say Dan was the best sales manager I ever worked with and the most accommodating. He gave me an excellent price on the car and was extremely fair on my trade in. Even more important was the way he treated me, with kindness and generosity. When there was a half hour delay in picking up my new car, he went out of his way to make sure I remained satisfied (which I was). Great experience. My wife and I visited Liberty Subaru to find a used Forrester. Brian showed us 2 cars that fit our criteria and we chose a 2017 Outback. When we arrived on 6/25 Brian was not available and John Clarke brought out our car and showed us all of the workings of the car. We found John very friendly and well informed. He cordially answered all of our questions and set up my wife's phone on blue tooth. This made my wife happy. After we went inside to finish paying for the car John put the all weather mats in the car for us. We were pleased with John's performance. Thank to John.
