He helped us prior to getting to the dealership so we had an idea of what we were walking into. To our surprise, it wasn't like the typical car experiences I have had when they say one thing on the phone, but something totally different in person. Dan was honest from the beginning and worked with us until the end and made the process so much easier. In addition, the whole process only took about an hour and a half from the second we walked in to signing the paperwork because there was no need to go back and forth. I was very appreciative of this because I typically don't enjoy car shopping or the back and forth process. Dan kept his word throughout and made sure everything was completed efficiently, even through the financial process. The dealership was clean & the customer service was excellent. I'd recommend Dan and this dealership to my friends and family. More
