I was a fool I believed her telling me she would take care of the prblm she didn’t. Once I signed, the sales person dd ‘t even answear my calls and when I finally talked to her she said she didn’t know care of the prblm she didn’t. My car had to be parked for the first three months cause cause I had to take my car to my mechanic because their service people couldn’t find the problem with the car I finally took the car to my mechanic he found what was wrong and it was something the extended warranty would cover so I went back to Reno Hunday to ask them if my mechanic could work on it since his mechanic. Weren’t able to find the problem he said he would release the car and just to wait 24 hours for it to go through I waited then went ahead and told my mechanic to work on it because reno hunday was going to release the vehicle they didn’t do anything they said they where goi g to do and I got stuck with a 1,600.00 dólar bill on top of my car Payment and insurance it was a disaster I still have the car never been late with a payment plus it the 2. Had to wait unnecessarily amount of time for simple oil change. Oil spilled on my engine and exhaust system which resulted in the car smelling for days. They were friendly till it came time to negotiate price. After that I kept getting batted around between the sales guy, sales manager and finance guy who tried to play bad cop with me “look I’m not here to After that I kept getting batted around between the sales guy, sales manager and finance guy who tried to play bad cop with me “look I’m not here to negotiate” ok well these aren’t the terms I’m agreeing to so I’m not going to sign that. It felt like the scene from Fargo where they were arguing over the True-coat. (Not even going to get all the way into the similarities with the desert protection package) Finally got the truck even though I payed 2k more than I should have and of course they try to play it like they’re losing out. It feels like a racket and definitely they’re all in cahoots to try to pressure you into agreeing to their terms. The second finance guy I dealt with was great though. I don’t recall his name but he’s a red headed fella. After the purchase it became like pulling teeth to get ahold of the title person who eventually said the title would be sent on that Friday and when I finally got back ahold of her the following Tues she more or less gave me a dog ate my homework excuse and the point sales guy became semi-responsive. Pretty frustrating experience over all. More
