Lied to at every point during the purchase experience. I had ordered a new vehicle with Luis so many months ago and Luis was great with keeping me informed along the way and up to date with any new info. Not only was he very communicative leading up to the purc and Luis was great with keeping me informed along the way and up to date with any new info. Not only was he very communicative leading up to the purchase, but also made the whole car buying experience day of very quick and easy. I never felt pressured into anything, and was in and out at the dealership in a very reasonable amount of time. He’s easy to talk to, and you can tell he makes sure to put your needs and interests first. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and highly recommended Luis if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
