I was very concerned that my rather new car made often a weird noise but every time we went to the dealership it stopped. My husband went to talk to them again and that is when they told us that there had b weird noise but every time we went to the dealership it stopped. Customer experience request: Newly purchased vehicles with OEM tires be rotated without an extra fee after Toyota Care expires. Especially when there is a pre-purchased lifetime oil change plan. The orig with OEM tires be rotated without an extra fee after Toyota Care expires. Especially when there is a pre-purchased lifetime oil change plan. The original tires are still under warranty per documents provided upon sale of the vehicle. It is reasonable to charge a fee as a courtesy for tires purchased outside of Lithia. I would be more likely to purchase replacement tires from Lithia if not charged a fee on OEM tire rotation regardless of Toyota care being expired. More
