Nice the surface. I got strung along for what was going to be a 1 hour appointment turned into 6…for an oil change! Every hour I’d check and it was almost done…5 hours I got strung along for what was going to be a 1 hour appointment turned into 6…for an oil change! Every hour I’d check and it was almost done…5 hours later. I had 3 young kids with me, including a baby needing milk. I eventually left and they were still finishing up…yes, the oil change. Heartless, incompetent . Super calm customer service masterfully deceptive and even keel for this, and amazing bad, slow, uncoordinated, flat out lying service staff. I tried to save money with the free oil changes, but it was xxxx each time, plan on tripling whatever time estimates they give you. Don’t stay. Demand a rental car. Once the free oil ran up, I would come near it. I still get angry just thinking about it or driving past it. Toyota makes good cars, but dealers are wretches. More
