Came in for an oil change & tire rotation, and asked that they look at my "sticky" hatch door. Oil change was fine, but no mention of the hatchback. It apparently was overlooked. I asked for 2 things to be done . A oil change and to fix my dashboard center it was stuck on Lane Assist and it wouldnt come off. They didnt get that done and when I called the next A oil change and to fix my dashboard center it was stuck on Lane Assist and it wouldnt come off. They didnt get that done and when I called the next day. He said someone from Sales was supposed to help. But he never handed me over to them when I was there and I paid after thinking all was fixed. I was able to go back in right away when I turned on my car to see that still not working since Service was already closed. More
