I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. The scheduling rep estimated 90 minutes. The service took 2 1/2 hours. The service rep did not keep me informed of the delay or progress. Service person did not tell me my front brakes are at a red 3, thus needing replacement. While waiting in front for my car to be brought out, I read my receipt and discovered it.
