I contacted Mark Christopher GMC, submitted a lead, and specifically requested to speak with a live person requesting a lease quote. I didn't hear back until 72 hours later. When I finally connected, Mario told me he would get me the quote I requested--then it never came. I shared specifically I was looking for details on the lease GMC as advertised asking if they have any trucks in stock that match their national ad he requested proof that I have a current GM lease claiming it's a condition for the national ad. I sent it to him yesterday. It's now been over 24 hours since he responded to me, and I still haven't received the quote or any follow-up. Very disappointing and not responsive. Seems as though their sales team needs training in communication and following up with their prospective customers. More
