Walked in. Was not greeted. Waiting for the service advisor I was told I had an appointment with. He decided to call someone about their extended warranty rathe Was not greeted. Waiting for the service advisor I was told I had an appointment with. He decided to call someone about their extended warranty rather than check me in even when I was standing in front of him. Upon pick up, no inspection was covered with me. Just a $100 oil change and tire rotation, pay and have a nice day. Will never return here. Only great part of the service was the porter who brought my truck back. Had a dodger hat on, shook my hand and told me to have a great day. More

Well, they take care of your car and they treat your time as a valuable commodity. It’s as if they feel “ no one wants to sit around at a dealership and eat chips and soda for hours “ and so they seem to wan as a valuable commodity. It’s as if they feel “ no one wants to sit around at a dealership and eat chips and soda for hours “ and so they seem to want to genuinely help you be on your way. And the techs talk you in laymen’s terms about what ever the problem was. The techs won’t hesitate to come out from their cubicle of a tool shed and talk to you about your car. And the dealership is clean, modern, air conditioned and … for lack of a better word “Fresh”. Everyone seems to have a real smile, not the plastic clown face you can sometimes get from dealerships. So keep of the good work and reality of things. Keep it fair, equal and pleasant as you seem to be doing now. Btw this is the first GMC vehicle I’ve ever own and the first time I have been to this dealership. I drive about 25 miles to this particular dealership because I like them. Keep up the good work. .
