Lloyd I bought cars in the past and Alex Sarabia made this a very good experience. His knowledge of all the features of the SUV he explained to my wife in detail how to use all the features, no pressure, very understanding of what we were looking for. Very kind and respectful, very honest. My wife and I were very impressed wit Alex Sarabia. Highly Educated and honest.
