Tried a few times to make an appointment online. Kept having issues not allowing me to do it. Made the appointment for 10:45 a.m. and was out by 12:30 which was the fastest service time I've ever had. When I brought the car in it was very dirty and the car was given back to me in the same condition. Was disappointed it was not washed so that's the reason for four stars instead of five. I've never known a dealer to give back your car dirty. More

I purchase a used 2025 XT5. Sales man was nice, however, when I got home, I noticed a lot of issues with the car. Inside and outside. Dinks, broken mud flap that flaps when I drive, lots of spots which had been touched up and inside the back door has discolored spots along with lots of scuff marks inside and out.. I went back in the next day to see if I could get mud flap fixed and have the back door detailed in and out. I was told it was not under warranty, it is cosmetic - sorry no such luck. The sales supervisor did have the outside of the back door polished but it still shows. The inside of the door, I was told I could purchase a piece after market to replace it. I purchased the mud flap and some other piece - now I need to have it install, I guess at my cost. Very dissapointing especially since I had purchase my brand new cadillac there years ago. I will never go there again nor would I ever go there for maintenance. I was treating very nice prior to purchasing the car - after that I was on my own. Sad. More
