Making a appointment and checking in was very easy, however with a 8:15am appointment for a simple Oil change my vehicle wasn't ready till after 2:00pm. When I need simple things like a oil change it makes me want to go elsewhere. I would think you could maybe have a dedicated oil change station where customers could simply get a oil change in less than a hr here. Even with an appointment I waited 1. 5 hours. Also, the oil change includes a vehicle inspection that did not happen. No mention of my low fluids, no mention or adjustment of tire pressur 5 hours. I’ve had multiple issues with my vehicle and it’s been there many times not so much because it’s issues with the dealer but more along the lines of the extended warranty people pushing back. Chelsea was s there many times not so much because it’s issues with the dealer but more along the lines of the extended warranty people pushing back. Chelsea was super helpful getting these repairs and claim started with the extended warranty dept and kept me informed the entire time. I believe she goes above and beyond I would answer my calls and messages at all times, she is amazing. More
