Disappointing experience purchasing a $150K vehicle! So many reasons for a subpar experience: 1. Everything was handled at the Chevrolet showroom when I was there to purchase a top of the line Cadill So many reasons for a subpar experience: 1. Everything was handled at the Chevrolet showroom when I was there to purchase a top of the line Cadillac. 2. I was discouraged from inspecting the vehicle prior to signing the sales contract. When I finally inspected the vehicle, I discovered the rear bumper was not fitted properly despite the sales person telling me that the vehicle inspection team knows what they are doing. The TPMS is malfunctioning as a result of the dealer incorrectly installing the sensor at the time they replaced the factory wheels with the 24in wheels the vehicle was optioned with. 3. Sales person lacked product knowledge - he did not know whether the vehicle was equipped with a spare tire or had run-flat tires. He was also unaware of the headphones that were included with the entertainment package the vehicle was equipped with. More

Normally, I've had positive interactions, but this visit was marred by subpar service and poor management. My vehicle was brought in for a recurring issue with the passenger side window, which wasn't resolved during the initial visit. After dropping off my car on Friday morning, I waited to hear back from my representative, but there was complete radio silence. Despite sending messages and calling the service number multiple times, I was left on hold for over an hour each time, only to be told that the service department was closed and I'd have to wait until Monday. The lack of communication, loaner options, and basic courtesy from management was appalling. The manager, Jeff, seemed more interested in brushing off the issue than taking ownership and providing a solution. His response to the service representative was essentially to tell me to "deal with it" on Monday, without even having the decency to call me personally. This lack of accountability and poor attitude has led me to question whether I'll continue doing business with this dealership. If you value good customer service, I'd strongly advise exploring alternative options. Unfortunately, my experience was severely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to others. More

I had some minor issues with the work done on the headliner but, after multiple attempts, I can’t get anybody to respond about fixing it. There are enough other service centers around that I’ll be ta headliner but, after multiple attempts, I can’t get anybody to respond about fixing it.
