The service dept was super communicative and they quoted me 2.5 hours but it only ended up taking 1 hour. Chris was great in that he communicated with me early in the morning regarding the fact that they di me 2.5 hours but it only ended up taking 1 hour. That was disappointing, but overall, not a dealbreaker as I understand that since my service only took a few hours it wasn't as necessary.
