Hello, Im not happy, i brought a couple issues to my sales persons attention. Alex Sarabia said he'll call me back I was charged $1000 for an oil change and several warranty corrections Also, a dis sales persons attention. This is a $100,000 truck, and I purchased several warranty packages that cost another $12k at time of purchased. Then you charge me for warranty check-up?? I am not happy. I love my GMC truck, but it appears your staff are overwhelmed You need to hire more people or management needs to coach-up the Team! Im just a little guy that buys 1 vehicle at a time.
