I was told 3 hrs for diagnostic, it took approx. 24hrs. No loaner available. I had to rent a car. Told me I needed a new battery to fix the problem (my battery was only about one year old) I therefo 24hrs. No loaner available. I had to rent a car. I brought my 2019 Traverse in for a leaking sunroof. I never even open the sunroof. It was determined it needed the drains unclogged. I was quoted $250 and was ok with that. However, I was then told it was a more severe case and I was charged $1250 and the vehicle was kept over night. When I received the invoice nothing stated any extensive work or materials used to justify the charges. I have called the service dept. and was not given any reasons for 5 hours of labor charged. I have spoken with 2 other dealerships and got the same quote of $200-250. Non of them stated this is a difficult repair or mention of any addition charges. I have viewed many videos now on how to clear it myself. Which would only take 20-30 mins to do including the water drain test. I'm very disappointed, as I have been going to Mark Christopher for many years. I will be investigating this with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. More

My vehicles issues were addressed upon a inspection outside to put my mind at ease and acknolwedge a specific smell from the veh service was closing.
