I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent service on my vehicle. My car was at your GMC dealership for four days, yet the driver-side running board perimeter light was not re with the recent service on my vehicle. My car was at your GMC dealership for four days, yet the driver-side running board perimeter light was not repaired. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. On multiple occasions, I was told that the problem had been fixed, but after returning home and checking at night, the light was still not functioning. I went to the Mark Christopher GMC dealership service department twice, and both times they said they repaired and verified the running board perimeter light, but it still isn’t fixed. I don’t understand what the mechanic actually checked. This repeated failure to properly diagnose and repair the issue is extremely concerning. At this point, I have lost confidence in the service provided at the Mark Christopher GMC dealership in Ontario. I expect a thorough and permanent resolution to this issue, as well as better quality control to ensure repairs are actually completed before returning the vehicle to the customer. Please address this matter promptly. More
