The service line was very long no advisor were avaliable to assist me. I was told that my AIR FILRER AND CABIN FILTER were good and did not need replacing. So i checked the air filter was at 19% i checked b to assist me. I was told that my AIR FILRER AND CABIN FILTER were good and did not need replacing. This was one of the worst experiences I have every had getting my car serviced. I brought the car in because the front tires on my Hummer EV are balding at the outside edge. I asked for a tire rotation, getting my car serviced. I brought the car in because the front tires on my Hummer EV are balding at the outside edge. I asked for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment to help decrease the problem. I was told it would be ready the next day. I called and he said he needed another day. I called the following morning and he said it was all done and pick up mid day. I needed to be a meeting so ok, I went to pick up the car and go but I saw nothing was rotated on the tires. He said the technician, Kevin, did not recommend this. I asked to speak with him and he said moving the tires to the back would not repair the tire. ?!? What? of course I know that. Rotation distributes the wear across all 4 tires to prevent all the balding going to one spot. Kevin and I are not getting anywhere and Dario comes over and hands me a piece of paper from GMC stating this is a known problem from Hummers and the recommended treatment is rotation every 7500 miles. I told Kevin that going back and forth repeating the same thing each other is a waste of time. I told him that I need to go to my meeting. He then said "And you are wasting my time" and he then stated other rude comments. Seriously? I was never told in advance that they did not want to rotate my tires. They told me after waiting for 2 days for my car, getting ubers everywhere (very costly) and being late for a meeting that the work which I brought the car in for was not done. I could have cleared this up on the phone with Dario or he could have looked at the GMC recommended fix which is rotation. Waste of time, and I paid $325 for nothing. More
