I was involved in a serious car accident two weeks ago, which totaled my 2022 Malibu. I work in IL, but my husband and I live in WI. He found a very gently used 2025 Malibu online and called me at work to which totaled my 2022 Malibu. I work in IL, but my husband and I live in WI. He found a very gently used 2025 Malibu online and called me at work to ask me to go and drive it. I went immediately, and saleman Adam Arliskas went for a test drive with me. I knew it was going to be my next car! Adam and staff understood the added layer of stress an accident adds to the car buying process. They worked with us on holding the car until we got our insurance payout and we picked it up today. I admittedly HATE buying cars, but they were so nice and helpful, it changed my mind on the entire process! The dealership is spotless, and they had the car absolutely spotless and waiting right out front for us. Their attention to detail shows great pride in their business. We live out of state, but will willingly travel down to IL when another car is needed. Thank you to Adam and the enitire team at Martin Chevrolet! More

My experience with this dealership lately the last couple years I've been pretty poor they don't cheer with respect they honor anything they sold us and how do you treat people like that that spend over $50, years I've been pretty poor they don't cheer with respect they honor anything they sold us and how do you treat people like that that spend over $50,000 in vehicles there in the last five years or six years ago, you would think they want to help them every chance they could, but they have not once And I feel very sad about that.
