Kept leaving voice mails for a status update on if the repair was covered so I could get a rental with no response. I had to go to the shop to find out and he said it was aotuorized yesterday. So I had to go a extra day without a rental.The car was there for over 2 weeks. I would call Ralph at different days for updat on the repair left messages with no return calls. I would drop by at times for updated and he sayed they were still working on it. More
