Lack of communication and follow up both with initial issue and subsequent issue. Waiting on an out of stock part and have to call for updates. Left a voicemail for service manager and never got a call b issue and subsequent issue. Waiting on an out of stock part and have to call for updates. I had a great service visit to Martin Chevrolet. My customer service representative was Jack. He was very nice, explained everything perfectly. He even arranged a loaner car for me so I could pick u My customer service representative was Jack. He was very nice, explained everything perfectly. He even arranged a loaner car for me so I could pick up my daughter in the case that my truck wasn't ready in time for me to pick her up. He even called to ask if I wanted them to change my air filters that my husband forgot to change. So with that we even had them rotate the tires. Also, when picking up my truck Jack saw us in the ay room and made sure everything was perfect with our visit and with the truck. Overall 10 out of 10!! More
