My 2nd Benz I went back to the same salesman I bought my first Benz from in Arlington. After 2 weeks of waiting for him to find me a car, he told me he could not I went back to the same salesman I bought my first Benz from in Arlington. I’ve had my E-350 for over a year, and every time I've made appointments with my service advisor Raphael Powell, I’m provided with great customer serv I’ve had my E-350 for over a year, and every time I've made appointments with my service advisor Raphael Powell, I’m provided with great customer service prior to my arriving to the dealership. When I arrive, he always greats me with a smile and a hello, letting me know my vehicle is in good hands. I realize I have a 2014 but he leaves me to feel as if I’ve purchased a new E-350 just last week. From the individuals that great me as I arrive, to dropping the vehicle with Raphael, I can’t tell you how rewarding a feeling to have the confidence that great service will be delivered each and every time. This is my second Mercedes, but with a different dealership and service team. The last vehicle was a 1992 190-E and it lasted me 27 years and 413,000 miles. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the confidence to take my vehicle to other dealerships left to trust independent service departments. 19,255 miles in I must say it is so great that I don’t have to look further than Raphael Powell and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis to service me and my family the right way each and every time.
