I had such an amazing service experience with Alexander (Alex) Clothier. From the time I first entered the building he was attentive, friendly and assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of. Hi (Alex) Clothier. From the time I first entered the building he was attentive, friendly and assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of. His customer service skills are excellent. He stayed in contact with me through text and was very responsive at all my questions immediately. This was my first time at Mercedes of Annapolis and I truly loved the feeling after getting my care serviced there. I've been to other Merecedes service centers and this was by far the best one because of the customer service. I highly recommend Alex as I feel like I hit the jackpot with him. More

I went on the last day of the month with intent to buy a car, from the start it was great friendly receptionist other friendly people with logo shirts asking if I was helped. The salesmen Cash was belittli car, from the start it was great friendly receptionist other friendly people with logo shirts asking if I was helped. The salesmen Cash was belittling and offensive. I asked questions and he spoke to me like I was a young child acting like me as a woman couldn’t understand anything about cars. Laughing at me when I asked about safety features, like I was asking foolish questions. I left speaking to no one and likely paid more at Catonsville. Even over paying was worth the trip not to be treated like a child. His knowledge was worthless, he told me all Mercedes Benz cars had lane assist and parking sensors. Wrong Catonsville at least educated me with actual knowledge. Horrible dealership, I won’t return and I live in Eastport. More

Ronan is my second advisor I've worked with. I worked in Customer Service for over 25 years and I have a very high standard and expectation when I have an issue as the Customer. Ronan exceeded my expectat Customer Service for over 25 years and I have a very high standard and expectation when I have an issue as the Customer. Ronan exceeded my expectation. He did it with patience, a listening ear and a confident response and resolution. I was extremely upset and prepared to escalate my concern before I arrived. You can offer training to try and offer the best Customer Service experience possible, but you can't train posture and body language, tone....all important factors in creating a great experience.
