When I stopped by Mercedes of Edison I had a fortunate experience to meet with Tom Cola, who helped me through the whole car buying process. Inventory for the 2024 GLA was low and as we spoke he showed me a 2023 model that was dealer used and on the lot. I decided to get a 2024 and we went back to his office, and he looked at the cars that were coming in that week to see if there was one that had all the things I wanted in the car. He searched and found the car in the color I wanted as had all the bells and whistles that I wanted. His help and guidance did not end there as I needed to trade in my old car. I looked at various places that buy cars to get the best offer. He told me that over the years he and his customers had a positive experience from all the dealers I investigated. To my surprise, the car was delivered within a day and is beautiful. Tom was patient, professional, knowledgeable and wanted me to get the car that I wanted. This is my first Mercedes and I can thank Tom for coming through with my dream car and for everything he did to make this a smooth process. More
