Mercedes-Benz of Edison, you're lying. This absolutely happened. I didn't leave the same review 3 years ago, I emailed you directly with the content of this review on November 30, 2023 at 8:31am when you prompted me with this: Did your Sales Consultant, Tom Cola, address all of your questions about the 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE-Class? Please feel free to let me know by responding to this e-mail. I let you know. You never followed up. I recently came across my email to you and was reminded how frustrated I was that you NEVER FOLLOWED UP. Tom Cola showed his true colors. He's a racist.

We first of all Looks like I was right this was from an incident from 2023. I also asked you to send to my e-mail and gave you my e-mail. When you made this post the other day I went to Tom Cola right away. Tom was the one who had said you made this post a few years ago. So I do address every customers concerns in our business but if you do the research Tom over 818 reviews with a 5 star rating from selling people of all back grounds ages etc. This is done by someone who is a racist. I was on a podcast a few weeks argon and I brought up something my mother taught me if you do not have anything nice to say, say nothing at all. Once again forward me your e-mail you sent to dwells@raycatena.com so I can follow up with you.

YOU HAVE MY EMAIL. I told you exactly when I responded to YOU in email. If you wanted to address this at the time, you would have. You're upset now that it is public. TOM COLA IS A RACIST. I'll tell you exactly what happened. I was driving my test drive, Tom's phone rang, he answered it (rude) and had a conversation with a customer who was in the final stages of buying a car. They talked about some add ons and when Tom hung up, he commented that Indians are all cheap, and how they always push back on the price. Then he said that there are a lot that come in and it's what always happens. In addition to the racism, he was generally unprofessional. You can follow up with me now, but to what end?? You want to berate me for leaving the review? You're going to give me a "deal" on a car?
