I was surprised that a smaller store like Hagerstown had so many great reviews. Being an hour away and having 2 S-Class vehicles I liked, I took the drive and the chance. Time well spent. Mike Lavrenchik was professional and knowledgeable and kept close, but not smothering, contact. Once everything was agreed on, the delivery went very well, with Mike handling the tasks of changing registration, insurance info, etc. Tony Mills was a great and non-pressure finance manager handling the final details.
