He is a straight shooter, gives good advice, and goes the extra mile. An example of the latter included actually going some extra miles. There was a computer problem at the dealership which required a delay with some of the paperwork. CJ Brown got it ready the next morning and Mike brought it to my office where my wife and I signed it. More
