Rob handled diffcult situation professionally and with compassion. I was able to pick up my vehicle as expected and in spite of the hiccup. My wife & I want to say that Barry London was excellent in all areas of our purchasing of our Mercedes SL 550 at Hagerstown. He knew all the features of the car & clearly explained them all to us. We greatly enjoyed meeting him & working out the deal that allowed us to purchase the car that we always wanted. He always was immediately available to us when we came to the showroom or contacted him on the phone with questions. In the future when we need to purchase another Mercedes, we will for sure come to see him for his excellent service & help. Additionally, we would like to say that the Finance Manager, Tony Mills was also just as excellent at his job of guiding us through all of the finance paperwork that goes with purchasing a car.
