When searching for a new Mercedes, we did our initial search online and found the vehicle that checked all of our boxes in terms of style and amenities. After finding a car that interested us at Mercedes Benz - Hagerstown, we initiated a call to the dealership to arrange to come see the car and was fortunate to have Rob Edmonds as our sales associate. Rob not only listened to what mattered to us in our purchase but his knowledge of the Mercedes brand, products offered and specifically the vehicle we were viewing, was impressive. During our visit, we also had the privilege of working with Austin Shemon in the financing department. The manager came around while we were in the process of doing paperwork to make sure we were satisfied with the process.
