During the test drive Tom advised me that he was going to test the ABS in my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product and shared a lot of insight on my vehicle. He also went a step further upon our return to the dealership to look up and explain all the services that were performed on my vehicle prior to my ownership which was January 25, 2021.
